Services are always billed directly and you can order them by writing a ticket to support@itelcom.us, clicking on Create ticket under the Support tab or establishing a direct connection to us on Teamviewert.
Products and services can be conveniently clicked on the button -Order- and will be connected directly to our billing partner -Stripe-. You can conveniently pay for your services and products directly, by direct debit or by credit card.
For packages, among others IT outsourcing including a laptop is requested and created through our partner -Klarna-. The financing is usually approved or refused within a few minutes, so that you receive the acceptance within a few minutes.
All products with a term of 24 months are part of the contract 3 months before completion of the 21st month. Otherwise the contract will automatically be extended for another 24 months.
In the case of IT outsourcing or campaigns connected to a laptop, financing or leasing, the contract can only be terminated within the leasing contract, since these are linked contracts.
Not even the termination of the service or an Office 365 package can be made individually.
Web hosting, Office365 or maintenance contracts are fixed to 12 months and must be terminated within the 9th month, otherwise these contracts are automatically extended to another 12 months.
Withdrawal from a contract that has rights of 12 months, you can give 14 days.
Retained from a contract with a representation of 24 months is a deadline to withdraw from closed 14 days.
If the contract is canceled, all services are terminated and devices such as Laptops are unwound - i.e. the devices are returned to the manufacturer.
If the device is damaged within the period or shows significant signs of wear such as Scratches can be excluded.
Technical prerequisites for our services are not necessary. When connecting to the TeamViewer on your computer, software is started on your computer, which is deleted after the session. Therefore, we cannot access your computer without your consent
Access is only possible if we install other software on your device (PC, MAC, IOS, Android). We expressly require your consent for this
For web hosting or programming services, we need the relevant information or scripts from you.
The technical prerequisite for cloud telephone systems is a country and location-based regional telephone number, which we can provide to you based on your location. Here we work with international SIP providers, so that we can offer you a regional telephone number from the USA or vice versa in Europe.
You can use your smartphone APP for the cloud telephone system or integrate hardware telephones at every workstation. We always recommend both versions APP and hardware telephone.
The execution of services such as IT Helpdesk Support, takes place immediately or usually after 2-4 hours after receipt of the ticket.
Office license product purchases are available within 2 hours and can also be installed during this time. With Office365 the domain redirection (mx-record) is implemented immediately and the integration of your emails into the Exchange server is carried out. The mx-record is updated worldwide within 24 hours
We calculate the Office365 integration with 3 hours working time.
Cloud telephony - the regional location-dependent connection with integration into the telephone system country-specific USA takes about 20 minutes - Austria up to 24 hours.
Servers or web hosting products usually last from ordering to setting up. up to 4 hours.
Programming work is implemented directly live on our development environment - in which our customer receives access and can get an idea of the time and process.
Should you nevertheless want to cancel a contract, you will of course continue to receive our support, which will be charged at the current prices.
